DOG HAIR:

Please be advised if you are not a PAW PASS MEMBER, your dog hair charges may be up to $35 per visit depending on the condition of the vehicle.  Paw Pass Members pay a 1 time $50 membership for 6 months, No further dog hair charges with unlimited visits during your membership period.  

 

HEAVY DUTY CHARGES:

please note if you have Light Interior molding, leather or cloth seats a special chemical charge may incur. Excessively dirty vehicles may have heavy duty charges up to $40 in addition to the detail packages.                                                                                                                                                    

PERSONAL ITEMS:

ALL PERSONAL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED PRIOR TO DETAIL PICKUP. CAR SEATS AND SEAT COVERS MUST BE REMOVED AS WELL. IF SEAT COVERS ARE PRESENT, THEY WILL BE CLEANED LIKE A SEAT, WE DO NOT REMOVE OR CLEAN UNDER THEM. IF THERE ARE ANY ITEMS LEFT OR FOUND IN VEHICLE, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO SET THEM ASIDE BUT ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED.            

 

HARD TO REACH PLACES:

                                 WE DO NOT GUARANTEE HARD TO REACH PLACES, VENTS, HEAVY GREASE ON DOOR JAMS OR TOUCH AREAS.                                                                                                                                                              

INTERIOR DETAIL:

Our interior detail does not include exterior windows, headliner, tough stains or any personal items looking like trash. Any loose change through out the car WILL be vacuumed up.                                                                                                                                                                            

EXTERIOR DETAIL:

Our exterior detail does not guarantee scratches, hard to clean areas, rust, debris picked up from the road, truck beds or interior windows.     

 

DAMAGE OR LOSS:

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY TO CLAIMED DAMAGE IN OR OUT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE.  WE DO UNDERSTAND AS VEHICLES GET OLDER THEY TEND TO HAVE ISSUES WITH MOLDINGS, LOOSE PARTS ECT... IF SUCH ITEMS FALL OFF OR BREAK WHILE THE VEHICLE IS BEING CLEANED WE WILL NOTIFY YOU.

 

TOWNS WITH FULL-SERVICE PICKUP/DELIVERY

VEHICLE TURN AROUND TIME CAN VERY WITH TRAFFIC AND WEATHER CONDITIONS. ONCE VEHICLES ARE IN THE SHOP TIME CAN TAKE UP TO 4 HOURS DEPENDING ON CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE. OUR SERVICE IS WITH IN CITY/ TOWN LIMITS, AN OUT OF AREA CHARGE OF $10-15 MAY APPLY IF THE PICKUP ADDRESS IS BEYOND OUR NORMAL REACH. PLEASE NOTE: TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS DUE TO EXPIRED INSPECTION OR REGISTRATION WILL BE AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. VEHICLE MUST HAVE SUFFICIENT GAS FOR PICKUP/DELIVERY OR A $10  FEE WILL BE APPLIED. DAMAGE WHILE IN TRANSPORT, MADADASHCAR DOES NOT COVER YOUR VEHICLE WHILE IN TRANSPORT, AND DAMAGE WILL FALL UNDER YOUR PERSONAL VEHICLE INSURANCE.

 

FULL PACKAGE DETAILING:

FULL DETAILS CAN TAKE UP TO 4 HOURS.  THIS IS DROP OFF ONLY AND PICK UP ONCE VEHICLE IS FINISHED.

 

DASH DETAILING:

IS DESIGNED TO KEEP YOUR VEHICLE CLEAN AFTER ITS HAS BEEN DEEP CLEANED WITH A FULL DETAIL.  

THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY TYPE OF HEAVY DUTY CLEAN. WE DO NOT REMOVE DOG HAIR,CLEAN DOOR JAMS OR REMOVE FLOOR MATS. OUR QUICK VAC IS JUST A SURFACE VACUUM. PLEASE NOTE TIME MAY VERY DEPENDING ON SIZE AND CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE.
